I’ve been really impressed with the opening of Carebuilders At Home in Plano. From day one, the staff has been so welcoming, kind, and easy to connect with—it honestly feels like they genuinely care about people, not just the job. That kind of warmth makes a big difference. The caregivers themselves are doing such wonderful, compassionate work, and it’s clear the clients are in very good hands. It’s not easy finding a team that is both dependable and truly caring, but they’ve created that here. I will absolutely be referring my loved ones without hesitation. I also really admire the care they provide for VA patients—that kind of service is deeply meaningful and speaks volumes about the heart behind this team.💙

I am so grateful I found this company; I give God all the credit for putting them in my path. I’ve gone thru a couple of company’s in the past 3 yrs and had come to believe they were all the same—just hire anybody to sit with your love one, But I was wrong… The people who work @ CareBuilders in Allen TX are different. From the first meeting I had with Sunil, I could tell his heart is in his work, this isn’t just “a job” for him, it’s a passion. I was able to hear his story and learned why he was so passionate. Only someone who has had a loved one with dementia can truly relate to a person going thru it with their loved one. I also meet Tiffany, wow!, the experience she brings to the table, just strengthens this company’s foundation. She is compassionate and professional. She told me I could call anytime I needed to talk. My response “Be careful I may just take you up on that”, and she was like, “No seriously, if you need someone to talk to, call me, I’ll listen and help you anyway I can” 🥰 There are days when taking care of a person with dementia is hard 😢 and to have someone tell me — their there for me, they’ll listen while I talk myself down off the ledge — is priceless. Of course we all know it boils down to the caregivers that show up at your home. Well, they didn’t disappoint. One lady is so soft spoken and kind, I can tell she really wants to “get it right” she’s learning his quirks and handling them well, which can be a lot! And the other lady is a gem in every way. I am so glad Sunil picked these 2 people to help me take care of my husband. And no, I’m not going to give you their names cause I don’t want you to poach them from me when you hire CareBuilders in Allen to take care of your loved ones, I’m sure they have more great employees for you as well 😊

After having gone through a number of Caregiver companies for my husband…. I was actually surprised at the CARE I received for my husband with this company. Mr. Neil went above and beyond and to be honest, I expected less because this is the first company I went through that was run by a Male. However, this being the most difficult time in my husband‘s life. I’m currently in the military and trying to do two jobs at once; Trying to do my military duty and take care of my husband.This is ABSOLUTELY the company that you want. I would give it 10 stars if there was more stars to give. The caregivers are sweet, attentive, reliable, even more than me. Just for reference, my husband is legally blind, and An amputee, I don’t always have the patience for him, but the caregivers that I received were more than gracious, kind and patient, even when I didn’t have it in me. He’s currently going through a terminal illness, And I don’t know if I would’ve made it if I wasn’t for the nurses that came into my life at this time. I am so grateful to Mr. Neil (The company owner or manager). My husband is a veteran, so they do offer Care to veterans, In case you were wondering.

The owner started this business because of personal frustration with his own family situation! As a result, this company now goes way above and beyond in personal care! They are truly the best!
